Design

Solutions to design problems often reveal themselves once the obvious negative components are addressed first. Most of these remedies need not be expensive and/or complicated, but may require several years to complete in small increments. Although John chooses not to “maintain,” he enjoys both installing and returning to extended projects by his excited clients.

Improvements in both the aesthetic qualities and the health of one’s property translate immediately into increased real estate value and productivity of grazing pastures and woods. Drastic changes, with little forethought, historically create more unforeseen problems and damage than initially addressed. Some spaces may be perfect as they stand and need very little “improvement.” In either case, but for most land sculpting/shaping projects, many fingers in the pot from open-minded cooks can produce a great broth!
