Also, it can be the scariest to those clients who quickly become insecure about their eventual overall $ costs. However, once a direction of any design is chosen, John offers either a total price or prices per installment. In this way, the “organic” flow and direction do not become written in stone; flexibility remains for both design and finances. Better yet, that flow of design is not truncated prematurely because of pre-conceived frightening costs - the client’s pocket is not suddenly emptied. This gentle approach facilitates each client’s ultimate control as he/she becomes a stronger, more effective steward.
